Baan Hunt Real Estate Bangkok Property

You might be surprised to learn that there are several condominium developments currently underway in Bangkok. This is definitely good news and an indicator that there are positive signs for the future. These developments require significant investment and would likely not be undertaken if there was no confidence that these projects would sell.

Our good friends at Baan Hunt Real Estate have provided us with the details on a few of these condominium developments in Bangkok, and we would like to share them with you.

The first is Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64. This beautiful development is not due for completion until 2024. It is, however creating quite a bit of interest from both local and overseas buyers with several units already sold. There some outstanding views of the Chao Phraya River to be had here.

Going across the Chao Phraya River to the west side, you can find Ideo Charan 70-Riverview which is due for completion in 2022. This is a single tower development of 38 floors that make maximum use of the “Sky Floors” to provide some breathtaking facilities. This link also features a video from the developer highlighting the features.

Moving all the way over to Ramkhamhaeng, there is the Niche MONO Ramkhamhaeng scheduled for completion in 2023. This development is quite near both the hospital and university. The units are quite affordable and well worth a look.

The final one to share today is The Livin Ramkhamhaeng dues for completion in 2024. Units here start at just over 1.5M Baht. However, this development still has some of the most amazing facilities for its resident to enjoy. The Livin Edge infinity pool sounds incredible.
